Saap is a chef-owned, family-run 80-seat restaurant serving Northern Thai inspired cuisine in the historic Kimball House, home to White River Craft Center, in downtown Randolph, Vermont. Our location on top of the hill at the end of Randolph Avenue offers plenty of free parking.

Traditional-Style Thai Dishes 
Traditional-style Thai dishes, primarily from the Isaan region of Thailand, are prepared to order using a wood-fired grill and bamboo rice steamers, are typically enjoyed family style.

Owners Steve, Nisachon (Rung), and Connor Morgan firmly believe in excellent food quality and prompt service; and strive to educate customers about Thai ingredients, cooking techniques, and dining styles.
