Som Tum Thai - Spicy green papaya salad Happy faces selling eggs at a Khorat street market. Muu Dad Deaw – Strips of pork shoulder marinated in dark soy sauce and fried. Phrik - Fresh Thai chilies at the market. Mok Plaa Suai - Suai fish wrapped in banana leaf and wood-charred.
